本政策说明優能株式会社（“我们”）运营的 Uber Eats Marketplace Demo（“本服务”）在连接 Uber Eats Marketplace API 时如何处理信息。本服务仅供获得授权的店铺运营及集成测试使用。

- 账户及授权信息，例如内部登录邮箱、OAuth 授权码、访问令牌及授权范围；
- 店铺信息，例如店铺 ID、名称、营业状态和营业时间；

- 订单与履约信息，例如订单 ID、商品、金额、订单状态以及 Uber 提供的顾客或配送相关信息；
- Webhook 事件、操作记录、设备/网络信息及用于安全和故障排查的技术日志。

我们仅为提供、维护和保护本服务而处理信息，包括连接 Uber、同步店铺和菜单、处理订单与 Webhook、鉴权、安全审计、排查故障和履行法律义务。
3. 信息共享
信息可能在以下必要范围内共享：与 Uber 及其关联服务完成你请求的 API 操作；由基础设施服务商提供托管和网络服务；遵守适用法律或保护用户、公众及本服务的权利与安全。我们不会出售个人信息。
4. 保存与安全
我们仅在实现上述目的、维持授权或满足法律要求所需的期间保存信息。我们采用访问控制、HTTPS、密钥管理和日志审计等合理措施，但任何网络传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。

This Policy explains how 優能株式会社 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through Uber Eats Marketplace Demo (the “Service”) when connecting to the Uber Eats Marketplace API. The Service is intended only for authorized store operations and integration testing.
1. Information We Process
Depending on the permissions you grant, the Service may process account and authorization data; store, menu, order, fulfillment, and webhook data; operational records; and technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
We process information only to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including connecting to Uber, synchronizing stores and menus, handling orders and webhooks, authenticating users, auditing activity, troubleshooting, and complying with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
Information may be shared as necessary with Uber to perform requested API operations, with infrastructure providers that host or support the Service, or when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain authorization, or to meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, HTTPS, secret management, and audit logging, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may revoke authorization through your Uber account or developer settings. To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, contact the administrator who provided your access to the Service. Some information may be retained for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
6. Third Parties and International Processing
The Service connects to Uber and may rely on hosting providers. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and information may be processed outside your region.
